[2 Separate Individuals to Work Together or an Established Team of 2 People]
We are looking for either two separate individuals or an established team to help our company grow to the next level by outsourcing our prospecting and sales needs. We are a specialty roofing company that operates in the commercial, agricultural, industrial, and manufacturing arenas. Your job(s) will be to expand our current client pool of sustainable business-to-business relationships within specific service area(s) that meet our established criteria for acquisition.
This is a commission only position offering 3% of the Gross Sale of the Contract(s) you, or your team, acquires on our behalf. Proceeds will be paid on a per-project-acquired basis, per person, and will be remitted after Agreement Contract Signing and Deposit Paid by new Client(s). An increase in the Commission Rate will be considered based on performance and longevity at a future date.
Presently, typical Contracts range between $30K and $150k GROSS Project Cost (GPC). New Project Contracts are expected to range from $30k GPC [minimum, 10,000sq.ft.] to $900k GPC [maximum, 100,[url removed, login to view]].
The above Proposed Arrangement between yourself(ves) and us will be governed by a formal Contract between Parties and will remain in effect for the duration of the professional relationship with certain clauses, such as the Industry Standard Non-Disclosure Agreement, which can extend for a period of time beyond the active relationship.
1) Prospector will generate and qualify leads for the Salesperson per our business model and selection criteria. Prospector will determine the “right” person(s) for Salesperson to best execute their skills. Prospector will source and maintain all data, resources, pertinent information, contact details and similar that they acquire using our platform(s) established for this purpose.
2) Salesperson shall present our company and roofing solutions to potential clients in such a manner that any/all exchanges will focus on said client – meeting THEIR needs by providing value/benefits/additional worth and abstain from the hard-selling “our products…” mentality. Salesperson shall nurture and maintain the relationship of the accounts they establish by functioning as the first point of customer service post Sale utilizing our platform(s) and network. While Salesperson shall have discretion over how best to approach a client (outside of above statement regarding hard selling), they shall not engage in any unethical practices or methodologies “to secure the sale” as integrity is a core part of our business model.
3) Sales Area: Tri-State, Centered in Northwest Arkansas – Expanding Into Fringes of Missouri and Oklahoma

• Willingness to Always “Do What’s Right” by the Client’s (reasonable) Expectations and Company’s Best Interests
• Have Exclusive Access to Tech (iPad/Phone/other) That Can Utilize Apple iOS Apps – or Ability to Acquire Such, at their cost
• Have Working Knowledge of Cold Calling 2.0 and Similar Sales Methodologies/Mentalities
• Demonstrable Prospecting/Sales Background or History
Informal training on our expectations, current client sourcing methods, and company’s orientation will be provided. Additionally, we will be available to Prospector and Salesperson via phone and electronic sources, such as text or e-mail, whenever necessary for them to execute their responsibilities (information, support, further training, and/or other).
