Hi There I am looking for an ea that can trade on the first 15 minute breakout. For the Heng Seng Indices that start at 3:15 gmt+2 time. It must have a profit take and stop loss. So at the first 15 minute high it buys and stop loss at first 15 minute low. And vice versa. If profit target is reach trading is stoped. Can you tell me how much it would cost plz.

I have one question.. is the breakout must happened on the next candle or allowed to open trade if the breakout is not happening on the next candle? Anyway, I can do it perfectly.
