App must support BOTH android phone and tablet.

app with dynamic layout build from JSON
App will output multiple JSON files
App will allow manipulating images (view/zoom/pinch etc)
implementation of multiple web services is needed with mock services
capture signatures from the screen and hand writing
App to capture GPS location
App can work offline mode (when inspector is in remote area)
multilingual
right to left config. (right to left layout, must support right to left language )
each one of the entry in the design doc is a must and will be tested,
funds will not be released unless fully complient with the design doc.
Selected tab and sub tab will have underline like in the dedign wireframes.
Code must be fully documented in english

app must send emails
if phone is offline - emails will be saved for later sending
