I need an Auto database inventory on-line system clone similar to the following sites but not in as much detail:-

I can provide many screenshots of the different designs I have done with different ideas. It is for you to provide me with further ideas and a small demo or previous work for me to view and quickly decide on the successful bidder.
I also need about 8 pages to be able to have submission forms for linking the finance, insurance, services, contact us, bid4it, email a friend, etc.
There needs to be a system for car alerts for both dealer and private seller and you must decide on how this is to be done. I have some ideas about this that I can share with you by PMB.
The main emphasis for the winning bid is to complete the database and for it to be fully functional.
You must also provide an admin panel that allows me to control the web site to allow me to Add/delete/modify data and also enable me to add pictures, to the final page. All necessary data must have drop down menus for example when you choose Audi then the site updates for you to choose A4, A6, etc. I will provide all the data for you to integrate. I will also supply the data tables and the design for the admin panel.
You must be able me to backup/restore my database.
After you have completed the site then it will be improved on every month so regular work will be available.
I have done a lot of the rough designs which I can send to interested people for you to view which will give you a better idea of the site I want creating.
I need the main part of the project completed within 4 weeks then a further 4 weeks to allow for me to review, test and implement any small changes that I feel need doing. I will pay have of the bid money after this 4 weeks when the first stage is loaded onto my server. The remainder after another 4 weeks.
