image catalog script

I need a script done that will do something like this script at
this website. I need it to create a smaller version of the image given
and when clicked on it Will resize itself to a bigger version. Also
have a link to print the page of the catalog and to do what ever the
script shows on this website:

Even though it appears so be ASP I'm sure you can make it work in php.
In addition i need a modified script that will display images and when
clicked on make them bigger with the title of that image and its
information that I wil give later. I need it to have a admin side so i
can input it and it will go to mysql. I want like 9 product on each of
the pages. I need it so it will retrieve the images where i say to
retrieve it and it will then copy the name of the image for the title
and make it so i can go in the admin and input the rest of the info.
If this isn't clear feel free to ask as many questions. Im not sure if it need php or asp, whatever works better for you and me.
