We would like a web form that resides on our website that allows a person to type in a Customer Name and Project Name and then browse on thier local PC to select a file which will upload to the website when submit is clicked. This form would upload the file to a folder hiearchy of /Customer/Project/FileName and return the form-user a URL link where the file was posted that can be handed out to others. We would like to see this password protected and possibly with account/password management.
