309343 Need phpbb Forum Re-structured

I have a relatively new phpbb forum set up and I need it re-structured to include new categories and merge current ones without losing posts. I also want the formatting changed slightly. I just do not have the time to learn how to do it all. This should be easy, quick, and straight forward for anyone who knows phpbb. Please do not bid if you do not have experience with phpbb.
