load a template into a virtual server

"using PHPmotion template on XAMPP"

I recently downloaded XAMPP 1.7.7 for Windows and would like to load a template from [url removed, login to view] (the default one) and test it on XAMPP's virtual server. I would like a step by step guide on how to load the PHPmotion default template for video sharing into XAMPP. So if you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see live demo and the template for creating a vidoe sharing website. all I want is a way to load this template into XAMPP 1.7.7 for ofline testing. I will do the testing my self I just want someone to load the template or tell me how to load it myself.

Very simple project.
