i need a php script for my BB that auto-deletes all posts in 15 days

i need someone to write a php script that will auto delete every post in 3 of the 7 categories/sections of the bulletin boards. can you do this?
please know about php boards (vbulletin/yaBB/phpbb/etc....) as I have gotten really tired of reading people who write to me and say, "there already is an auto-pruning system." yeah, there is but it is based on replies, views, and activity (or lack of). so you can auto-prune if a post hasn't been viewed or replied to in days/weeks/months. thats not what i want.
i want all posts to delete after 15 days. so the auto-delete will be based on time and not activity. but i want this limited to 3 of the 7 categories/sections that i set up. i want something like craigslist.
on CL, all posts/ads delete after 10 days. i want mine to delete after 15 days (and maybe even after 30 days possibly - having two choices).
please know php (and or cronjobs as i have been told that this may be a cronjobs task). please be honest as to what you can and what you can not do. don't waste my time and i won't waste yours.
i will pay half up front and half when done and bugs have been fixed. if this works out i will have other sites that need your help and i can also lead other jobs your way from other people.
