Generate Traffic To My 10 Websites (30 Days / 600K Visitors)

I am looking for a programmer/marketer who can generate 2K daily visitors to each of my 10 websites. Am open to cutting edge techniques. The traffic must be mostly unique visitors. Visitors must go to internal pages, not just the main domain page. Visitors must be from all over the world, but the majority of the traffic should come from US.
