ElasticSearch 2.4.4 plugin bug fix

Max budget is $25.

I have ES 2.4.4 plugin which is registered during startup well (by logs).

But unfortunately there is no handleRequest log entries - my new endpoints aren't invoked (_bulkmirach GET/POST).

Please make [url removed, login to view]() executable by POST/_bulkmirach.
