Female English voice over artist (Indian accent) for educational videos

Need a female voice over artist for recording educational content for kids in primary and middle school. Each video would be of around 2-3 minutes and we plan to make around 30 videos. The voice over artist must have an Indian accent (North Indian) and should have excellent articulation and command over english. The artist should be able to modulate her voice to play the character of Roxy, the assistant of a Space Explorer.
