Build an Online Store with 3D-interactive constructor

Hello, We want interactive 3D shop. User goes 2 ways: 1) Upload the image to website, then user is headed to his personal account and the "order process monitoring" interface, where he can see the current stage of the order fulfillment, talk to expert via ticket-like chat, see the current renders, schemes, 3D models and sketches. User should have the ability to access the stages of his order and the ticket conversation from his/her profile on the website. 2) A constructor, where a user is headed through catalogue of 3D modeled parts. The user chooses the parts (he can view it in 3D and turn), makes different decisions about the product (also views in 3D where a script shows him what are the options, for example - to bevel the object or to remove its part or to make holes in it). Upon each decisions the resulting 3D model is formed and user can see the intermediate result in render window next to the constructor. When a user makes decision to add some part, it is automatically attached and positioned at the position that is predetermined for this type of parts by our expert in the backend (or via script). The resulting product should be measured (volume, weight, cost). When user confirms - he is headed to the same "order process monitoring" page if his unique order. There should be a shopping cart attached to the website. There most probably will be tunes and additions to the initial technical task above.
