We are looking for a serious performance marketer with proven experience in building Break-Even / Self-Funding Paid Appointment Funnels in healthcare or therapy-based businesses. This is not a basic lead generation project. This is for Sukham Hospital (Dehradun, India), working in high-intent patient categories including oncology support, liver care, kidney care, and chronic pain management under an Ayurveda-based framework. Current Status: Meta CPL: INR 52–80 40% of leads convert to appointments (currently free consultation model) Around 15 appointments/day already happening by meta ads ..check sukham hospital dehradun Target radius: Dehradun + 250 km Goal: Shift from free consultation to paid appointment model (INR 200–1000) Objective: Build a paid appointment funnel where ad spend is at least 70% recovered in first validation phase and scaled to 100%+ break-even from month two onward. 6-Month Vision: 100 paid appointments per day with stable funnel economics. Important: This is a high-trust healthcare funnel. Messaging must be compliant, ethical, policy-safe and structured around trust and authority — not aggressive marketing. PERFORMANCE STRUCTURE (STRICT) Phase 1 (First 30 Days Validation Phase) Milestone Structure: Payment 1: INR 50,000 released after: Minimum 15 paid appointments per day Achieved consistently for 15 consecutive days At least 70% ad spend recovery from paid appointments revenue Payment 2: Remaining INR 50,000 released after: 15 paid appointments per day maintained for next 15 consecutive days Funnel stable and tracking verified If 100% break-even is achieved within first 30 days, performance bonus structure activates immediately. Month 2 onwards: Target: 100%+ ad spend recovery Revenue share structure negotiable (30%–40%–50%) based on appointment pricing scale.
