Scope • Cover the six cores of lifestyle medicine: nutrition and exercise, sleep, stress management, avoiding risky behavior, and social connection in equal depth, weaving in regional cultural factors where relevant. • Draw on high-quality primary studies and reviews that focus on adults; paediatric or geriatric studies may be mentioned only when they provide indispensable context. • Search PubMed, Google Scholar and the Cochrane Library systematically so the evidence base is defensible. References I need 40–80 sources in APA 7th edition, with at least 15–30 of them published within the last 5–7 years.
