Unlink Registration Form Fields

My existing registration form still has a few AA-level accessibility errors because several inputs share IDs, labels, or scripts that bind them together. I need those spots reworked so every field behaves as a completely independent input—no auto-mirroring, no shared name attributes, and no validation conflicts. I don’t want the fields hidden, disabled, or set to read-only; they simply have to stand on their own. You’ll be working with straightforward HTML, CSS, and a little vanilla JavaScript that currently drives the form. Keep the styling exactly as is, adjust only what’s necessary in the markup or script, and make sure the page comes back clean in an AA checker once you’re done. Deliverables • Revised source files with the affected fields fully independent • Comment block (or a short read-me) describing every change and its location • Proof—screenshot or quick screen-capture—showing the form operating correctly and passing AA validation I’ll send over the current codebase immediately after we kick off so you can dive straight in.
