Our SaaS platform is enjoying real momentum and I need to expand the Sales Development team quickly. I am looking for energetic, entry-level SDRs located in London, Cologne and Paris who can engage prospects, qualify leads and pass high-quality opportunities to our Account Executives. Key fit: • Fluent English is essential; the Cologne hire must also be comfortable in German and the Paris hire in French. • Genuine interest in technology sales and the SaaS business model. • We value attitude and coachability over a long track record, so previous experience is helpful but not required. What I need from you, the recruiter: • A vetted shortlist of motivated SDR candidates for each city, ready for first-round interviews. • For every candidate, provide a résumé, brief motivation summary and salary expectations. • All candidates must already have the right to work in their respective country and be able to start within one month.
