I in need of someone experienced with QuickBooks and accounting for the following services, on gong monthly project:
* I have several different checking accounts, that need to be kept track of.
* I will set up an account with Webex pcAnywhere so that you could access my Quick book files.
* I think that I would like to fax you my invoices everyday. They do not need to be entered everyday, but I do not want to have them "pile up" at my end. I would expect you to enter them to the vendor that is to be paid noting correct job or class to be charged to.
* I would fax you copy of deposit for you to credit the receivable to the correct payee.
* I would fax you the time sheet for the four employees that I have. Again you would categorize to the proper class and/or job.
* Much of my purchases are made on my American Express, this account needs to be reconciled each month. This account does require a bit of attention, as it has purchases for several different companies (paid from different checking accounts) and personal items as well.
* Weekly make checks to, mark: to be Printed so that I can print and mail.
* I will email you the bank statements on the first or second of the month. Reconcile bank statements.
* Prepare late fees for tenants that have not paid rent by the 8th of the month, then set up for statements : To be Printed and email me that they need to be printed and mailed.
* Email me Profit Loss Statements.
* My accounts are a bit behind and some attention will need to be paid to them to bring current.
I the volume is not that great as I am a very small one person company. I have 8 single family homes that I rent, and one 4 unit apartment building. Total tenants 12, currently 6 of them are vacant and under renovation. I also manage one condominium community it has 22 units. Some of these procedures are in place, but I will need assistance by one that is familiar with Quickbooks and Property Managers.
