MAIN TARGET: I need financial analyst/academic writer specialising in corporate finance writing to Master level to compile a financial report overview/in-depth ratio analysis for two corporates within the veterinary industry (UK/USA companies) over a defined 3 year period and ending with asssessing the aquisitive corporate models feasibility in this industry based on the carried out financial analysis. Graphic displays as well as academic writing of findings a must.
DETAIL: I need rigorous financial analysis/ratio analysis and comparison of the two companies looking at annual accounts over a 3 year period but also a longer term overview but with the main focus on the one UK company and the US company as the benchmark (which is a mature corporate). Must include the normal ratio analyses incorporating market capitalisation, WACC, CAPM, failure prediction with risk (Altman Z vs a univariat method- Beaver!?), one objective and one subjective techniques (long term ratios!?) and general valuation over 5 years.
To include a graphic comparison of the two companies against the FTSE 100 and FTSE250 (UK) and the appropriate US index for the US company NOT listed on the FTSE. Short comment on implication of comparing a US with a US company and the differences in accounting methods.
The resulting analyses need to be put into context of the main theories of financial analysis with evaluation of the chosen capital structure (ex. Miller & Modigliani), the general economy and market capitalisation and the critical ratios put into context of attempting to predict the successfull outcome of industry consolidation and the actual profitability of consolidating the industry into corporates.
The outcome of the in-depth financial analysis (app. 4-5000 words) should enable me to compile the actual report (Masters dissertation in corporate strategy - [url removed, login to view] words) which draws heavily on this basic analytical finance information.
