Placing Bets - Easy Job! (969957)

Greetings! I'm looking for a way to place arbitrage bets without a credit card in one of the following methods: 1. A free (or cheap) way to place bets using my PayPal account on betting sites that usually require credit card (Mastercard/Visa). I'm not sure if it can be done or how, so I'd be glad to hear you'r suggestions. You will be paid when I succeed in placing a bet with the bookies. I need it to work in Israel and if possible. (Notice that the Pay-Pal credit card won't work in Israel. ) 2. You will place the bets for me, and I will be taking the profits. If you choose this option place a bid for 10 bets. You will only need to place the bet for me, and I will naturally pay the bet. I prefer the first option. when placing a bid please write which of the options you'r bidding for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
