Receive and forward orders for website lots of ongoing work

What I am looking for is a reliable, honest US citizen for some light ongoing work. I own a website in the pet industry and due to geographical conflicts with my wholesalers I require someone to receive packages of merchandise, break down these packages into their individual orders and post them off to their individual destinations. There is no heavy lifting - each package from my wholesalers will be small (nothing larger than 10 or 20 dog collars or leashes). The business is only just starting out, so there will only be a few orders per week at first, but this should hopefully grow as the business does. I will pay for all expenses and supply everything you will need ??" boxes, invoices, etc. All you have to do is receive the packages from my suppliers, separate the contents into their individual orders, pack them into small boxes and post them onto their destination. This job is open to US citizens only. Please state how you would like to be paid and how much you expect for your services. I am happy to either make it an hourly rate, a weekly rate or a per package rate. This is an ongoing job that is sure to grow in the future. It would suit a stay at home mom or a retiree. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
