We now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Accounts Clerk / Bookkeeper to fill a maternity leave contract position for a period of 6-8 months in our Finance team .
The Finance team currently consists of 6 team members. The role can be based in Melbourne CBD office or at the Mount Waverley office.
There is also a hybrid working model with a mixture of working from home and working from the office.
The role will involve you assisting the Finance team with the day to day transactional tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Key responsibilities of the role :
Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions including a large volume of daily EFT transactions.
Preparation of fund transfers for PEXA settlements (property settlements).
Reconciliation of bank accounts.
Barrister invoice reconciliations.
Assisting lawyers and support team members with finance queries.
