We just migrated our small business to QB online last month by importing our very basic sales and expenses data from QB desktop. Our bookkeeper we just hired part time to set it all up correctly got ill so she hasn't been able to do much since we started. We have been sending invoices in there, but not much else has been put in. We have expenses to be entered. We have expenses from last year to be put in and categorized so we can get last year's reports. And not as urgent - no chart of accounts has been set up.
Looking for a bookkeeper that knows how to use QB Online correctly (we don't) who can take this over and work at least a few hours a week on it. If you have more time, then you can get things set up correctly.
I will award to the first person who can prove they know what they're doing, they work fast and efficiently and has the lowest hourly rate.
