Virtual Assistant – Customer Support (Remote) We run a steadily growing online business and are ready to hand over customer support to a dedicated Virtual Assistant. Your mission will be to ensure every shopper has a smooth and friendly experience—from answering pre-sale questions to resolving order issues and following up on returns or feedback. Responsibilities Monitor our shared customer support inbox during agreed working hours. Respond to customer inquiries in a warm, professional, and brand-consistent tone. Maintain response times of under 4 hours during business days whenever possible. Tag or escalate messages that require management review. Keep clear and organized conversation notes so we can track recurring issues and improve our FAQ and support resources. Tools & Workflow Work primarily through email and help-desk platforms (such as Gmail, Zendesk, or similar tools). Use pre-written templates and our internal knowledge base to respond efficiently. Proactively suggest improvements to templates and FAQs when new questions arise. What We’re Looking For Excellent written English with strong grammar and attention to detail. A calm, solution-focused approach to customer problems. Reliable availability and clear communication. Experience with customer service or help-desk tools is a plus (training can be provided).
