We are known for our pragmatic approach and being able to structure profitable deals that have excellent ROI and clean exit strategies. Our deals are underwritten by Institutional, private companies and ultra high net worth Investors.
We are looking for an experienced credit analyst who has a can do attitude and experience in working within structured property and finance transaction pipelines for a range of property assets classes.
The project(s) will entail
Collaborating and preparing credit submissions within prescribed format for presentation to internal and external stake holders
Proactively using your deal structuring skills to work with management and the chief investment officer or equivalent to discern risk adjusted ways to participate in a transaction.
Writing discussion papers or conditional letters of offer based on the feedback of our stakeholders and clients
Filing and house keeping of transaction documents and related collateral
Reporting to management concerning workflow, deal progress and outcomes
Key Skills Required
Solid understanding of property related transactions from an debt and equity perspective.
Property development background covering diverse property types and zoning's - ranging from greenfield subdivisions, mixed use, commercial, industrial and high density
Strong credit and risk analysis skills within a special situations or structured finance platforms
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Being able to think outside the box while not departing from sound commercial acumen
Ability to work autonomously and pragmatically with a small collaborative group of principles and partners
