I'm looking for an expert in MS Excel who can make spreadsheets for 3 different loan problems. The spreadsheets need to show the late payment fees applied. Also, write down a conclusion as to how much the total remaining payable amount will be. Problem 1: Person A loaned a total of PHP 500,000 to Person B with a total interest of 5%. Start Day of Loan is 8/14/2012 and End Day of 8/14/2013. 2% penalty of the amount due per month of delay of payment is enforced. Person B wasn't able to pay monthly dues until on 12/10/2012 Person B paid PHP 350,000 and never paid the balance. Problem 2: Person A loaned a total of PHP 300,000 to Person B with a total interest of 5%. Start Day of Loan is 8/3/2012 and End Day of 8/3/2013. 2% penalty of the amount due per month of delay of payment is enforced. Person B wasn't able to pay the entire loan. Problem 2: Person A loaned a total of PHP 350,000 to Person B with an interest of 5% PER MONTH. Start Day of Loan is 7/14/2013 and End Day of 10/14/2013. 2% penalty of the amount due per month of delay of payment is enforced. Person B wasn't able to pay the entire loan.
