Refine Investment Deck Pro Forma

The pro forma in my investment deck already has a solid structure, but the financial projections and underlying assumptions need a critical overhaul before I circulate it to my accountant and potential investors. I have partial data on hand; however, several inputs still require additional market research and benchmarking to make the numbers defensible. Here’s where I need your expertise: • Tighten the revenue forecasts, expense estimates, and cash-flow projections so every formula traces back to a clear, well-documented assumption. • Stress-test each assumption, flagging any data gaps you uncover and suggesting reliable sources or methodologies to close them. • Present the final model in a clean, investor-ready format (Excel or Google Sheets), with a concise assumptions tab and easy-to-follow sensitivities. Deliverables will be considered complete when the model runs error-free, the key drivers are transparently documented, and the overall presentation is polished enough for immediate hand-off to my CPA and investor group. The final output should be in excel and format should be similar to what is on the file. Suggestion on better format is also open.
