Hello, I wanted an application for income management.

1 screen (buildings)

2 screen (building / properties)

3 screen (properties, 1, 2, 3, etc)

4 screen (1 / add tenant, name-phone-mail etc.)

4 screen (1 / add monthly price - entry date)

5 screen (1 / see payments and debts)

3 screen (properties 1 empty, 2 rented date entry and payments or debt

Example: tenant enters property 2 on 1-1-21, I only pay for 2 months, now on screen 3 it appears in red to charge 1 month.

5 screen leaves payments and debts

- It is adding an amount month by month and subtracting when I add another amount.
