I have a rental property for which I'm needing a spreadsheet created showing the income, allowable expenses and profit. This is all for submitting with my self assessment.
I can provide fill in all of the data if you create a template or I can provide statements showing the income and expenses to allow for you to fill in the data.
I think this is a pretty straightforward spreadsheet to be created and preferably buy an accountant/ bookkeeper who is based in the US and understands the tax system for landlords.
