Hi, one system holding sales, stock, attendance and cash across every branch, with Tally still fed. The hard part isn't the reports. It's a branch losing connectivity mid service then syncing later without double counting a sale. How I'd build it: one API and database owning the ledger, each branch posting through it with an idempotency key so a retry can't duplicate a sale, stock moving off recipe consumption rather than hand counts, then a nightly voucher export into Tally. How many branches? Closest thing I've built is a multi tenant billing ledger with reseller top ups cascading down a parent child tree. Happy to take one branch as the first milestone.
