We advertise property on airbnb and collect the money and charge a fee and costs and pay the owner the balance
I am looking for an accounts package to be built and managed

I will need the accounts done with the right money allocated to the right property
You will need to allocate various costs that run through the bank account and the generate invoices we invoice both the guest and the owners. There are alot of guests so we need a automated system to bill the guest a flat rate service fee say the guest is paying 100 we need an invoice detailing they are paying say 95 dollar accommodation fare and 5 dollar service fee
We use vat in ireland so the 5 dollar service fee would be closer to 4.065plus vat at 23% we need to account for the vat
We also need to have an invoice that details all the costs and our fee of a months stays at at property and do a remittance of one months stays detailing the accommodation fares collected over a month less costs and our fee so we know how much to pay out.
I will pay for a set up and regular management of the account we have 60 properties stays are for 2-3 days generally
please quote for the set up and detail your monthly management in the quote.
this is serious job with a long term relation ship.
I have an accountant and a book keeper who will also work on the system as she needs to do the vat returns etc
