The Admin Assistant (remote) for the Southern California operation will manage a variety of Administrative, Bookkeeping, Scheduling, and General Exec team support functions.
· Executive Admin functions
· Assist Sales Team with Estimates, Proposals and RFP responses (excel, .pdf,etc)
· General Bookkeeping
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Communication with vendors (suppliers)
· Provide general support to the team for a variety of tasks. Admin, Invoicing, A/R, A/P, Office support, & order entry.
· Schedule meetings/interviews.
· 1-2 years experience in assisting executive management.
· Accounting and Bookkeeping experience.
· Quickbooks experience.
· Advanced Excel, Outlook and Word ability a MUST.
· Exceptional organizational skills.
· Excellent phone skills/Customer Service.
· Friendly, good attitude, willing to learn our processes and multi-task.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
