We are evaluating Zoho Books for our accounting and integration needs across Branch A and Branch B. Below is a summary of our key requirements: Payments & Receipts: Record all incoming and outgoing payments; integrate with Tabby, Tamara, Stripe, PayTabs, HyperPay; support bank transfers, POS systems (Branch A & B), and cash/cheques. Expenses: Categorize expenses, manage employee expenses via Zoho Expense, and allocate expenses by branch. Banking: Enable bank feeds, reconciliation, and transaction matching for each branch. Reporting: Generate Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L (branch-wise & consolidated); Income Statements by category and payment channel; Cash Flow, AR/AP Aging, and VAT reports. Tax Management: Configure VAT compliance with branch-level segregation. Data Migration: Import historical data from Rawah and Qoyod, including COA, opening balances, customers/vendors, invoices, and inventory. CRM Integration: Automate invoice creation from Zoho CRM , link invoices to correct branch/category, and synchronize customer data between CRM and Books.
