As we expand, I'm on the hunt for a versatile Virtual Assistant who can bring their prior experience to the table. Responsibilities will be broad-ranging, potentially covering areas such as data entry, email management, and calendar management, among others. Here are some of the duties you could be taking on: - Managing and organizing email - Never letting my calendar get out of hand - Scheduling social media posts - Scheduling newsletters - Responding to clients & prospects Ideal Skills: - Deep experience as a Virtual Assistant - Experience with Canva - Familiarity with email marketing (Experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and Beehiiv a plus) - Mastery over Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs - Proficient in Google Workspace - Excellent time-management skills - Detail-oriented - Able to take initiative and work independently - An interest in finance a huge plus While applying, please ensure that you include any relevant experience that you think would make you suited for this role.
