Typical responsibilities may include: • Calendar and schedule management • Coordination and follow-ups • Online research and task planning • Organizing priorities and reducing operational workload • Tracking tasks and preparing summaries • Administrative and communication support • Personal reminders, bookings, and lifestyle coordination • Occasional light LinkedIn or opportunity-tracking support when needed This is not just a traditional admin role. I am looking for someone who can become a trusted partner who helps protect my time, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure things continue moving in the right direction.
