Your main task is to capture each new client record accurately, verify the details, and file it in the correct worksheet so the data stays audit-ready. Alongside the bookkeeping entries, I’ll also rely on you for light virtual-assistant support—things like sending confirmation emails, updating my shared calendar, and noting action items that come up in our chat. Everything revolves around keeping my records tidy and my day running smoothly, so consistency and attention to detail are critical.
