Job Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Property Management – Calls, Admin, Tenant Support) Pay: $3–$5 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time (11 hours/day with 1-hour break) Days: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST (with 1-hour lunch break) Remote Position About the Job We are a growing property management company looking for a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, communicate with tenants, and handle administrative tasks. This is a stable, long-term position with consistent hours. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from tenants and clients Make outbound calls (follow-ups, scheduling, etc.) Receive and log maintenance/work orders Manage tasks inside our property management software Upload and organize documents using Google Drive Communicate daily with our team via Google Chat Keep records organized and updated Requirements Good to excellent English (clear speaking & understanding) Comfortable handling phone calls (important) Reliable internet connection Quiet work environment Organized and detail-oriented Available to work full-time, long-term Basic computer skills (Google Drive, typing, etc.) Preferred (NOT required but a plus) Experience in property management Experience handling customer service calls Familiar with CRMs or management software IMPORTANT – HOW TO APPLY To be considered, you MUST do the following: Send a short voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself Describe your experience with: Calls/customer service Administrative work Confirm your internet speed and availability Include the word “PROPERTY” at the top of your application Applications without these will NOT be reviewed.
