During that time you will keep my calendar up to date, enter a small stack of handwritten notes and receipts into our digital files, and triage the morning’s email so only the urgent messages reach me. By the end of the visit I should walk back to a day that is clearly scheduled, an inbox that is prioritised, and documentation filed in the right shared drive folders, should be able to use Canva and have basic engagement knowledge of social media Please be comfortable handling all three tasks—calendar coordination, data entry, and basic email communication—on your own laptop or mine. Punctuality is essential as we will start first thing in the morning. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and able to work quietly alongside a busy schedule, this should be a straightforward half-day engagement.
