We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position Overview: We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative tasks. This role has the opportunity to become full-time based on performance and company needs. Hourly Rate: $1.50 per hour (starting rate) Opportunity to transition to full-time after evaluation. Training: Training will be provided. Prior experience is not required. Responsibilities: - Managing emails and follow-ups - Organizing documents and files - Assisting with scheduling and coordination - Updating trackers and internal systems - Supporting general administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: - Strong spoken English skills (very important) - Good communication skills - Responsible and detail-oriented - Willingness to learn and improve - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Reliable internet connection - Ability to follow instructions carefully Experience: No prior experience required.
