Virtual Assistant for Event Space Overview We are seeking a reliable virtual assistant to support daily operations for our growing event space business, focusing on client communication and administrative tasks. Pay is $60 per week. Work Schedule is 10:00a-5:00p CST Monday-Friday Scope of work - Respond to client inquiries via email, call and messaging apps. Call will be after training. - Schedule and confirm viewing appointments - Provide accurate information about services and pricing - Send confirmations, reminders, and access details for viewings - Execute structured follow-up messages - Track communication and update lead status - Re-engage past leads with promotions - Support client booking process with digital forms and payment instructions - Monitor bookings for payment completion - Send booking confirmations - Complete payment follow-ups and promotional outreach - Communicate event reminders and access instructions - Send post-event messages for feedback requests - Monitor and respond to missed calls and messages - Send promotional messages using prepared templates - Assist in tracking monthly client data for outside Pay is $60 Weekly with Bonus Opportunities after 60 days.
