I need an experienced PDF form developer to convert a 1-page existing PDF form into a professional, fully fillable PDF. The original document already has the complete design/layout. I do not want the design changed. The main requirement is to add properly positioned interactive fields on top of the existing PDF. Requirements * Convert the existing PDF into a fillable PDF form * Precisely align every text field with the existing printed input areas * Fields must not overlap labels, borders, or surrounding text * Opening-hours fields: * Mo * Di * Mi * Do * Fr * Sa * So * Company information fields: * Company name * Street & house number * Postal code & city * Telephone * Fax * Email * Website * Industry * Social media: * Facebook * Twitter * Instagram * Search keywords field * Place / Date field Most important: Signature The current signature implementation is far too complicated. I need a simple, user-friendly signature solution where the recipient can easily: * Draw their signature * Type their signature * Add/upload an image of their signature Ideally, the recipient should simply click the signature area and get the standard PDF signing experience without having to deal with complicated form controls. Quality requirements The final PDF must: * Work properly in Adobe Acrobat/Reader * Have correctly positioned interactive fields * Have no duplicate or overlapping fields * Preserve the original PDF’s visual appearance * Allow the completed form to be saved and sent by email * Allow the signature to remain embedded in the completed PDF * Be tested before delivery I will provide the original PDF.
