I have a master form in PDF format and more than ten copies that were filled out by hand using neat, printed letters. I need every handwritten entry re-typed directly onto the original PDF so the finished files look as if they were filled in electronically and can be printed or archived without the handwriting. The job is straightforward but accuracy is critical: every character, checkbox, date, and note must appear in the exact spot on the form, with no spelling changes or layout shifts. Using Adobe Acrobat, PDF-XChange, or any comparable editor is fine—as long as the final PDFs mirror the originals and remain ready for high-resolution printing. Deliverables (per page): • Clean, print-ready PDF with typed entries perfectly aligned to the form • No visible artifacts from the editing process • Same file name plus “_typed” suffix for easy tracking Once we start, I’ll share the blank master PDF and scanned copies of all handwritten pages.
