I have 8+ years of experience in web development and am familiar with modern web technologies, frameworks like fillable PDF forms and Acrobat form field tools and other tools. Your timesheet PDF needs the dropdown menus gone. I remove them and put plain text fields in their place. The new fields are set up so values can be typed by hand on a phone or inside OneDrive and then saved. The signature field for the customer stays exactly as it is, still interactive. The design, the table layout and the arrangement of everything else stay unchanged. I can start right away.
