Custom T-Shirt Design Needed

I want brown for the T-shirt itself, but I want dark brown for the text, logo, etc. For the front of the shirt, I want the John A Logan(File) changed to dark brown. I want the logo to be changed to an outline, and within the logo John A Logan, I want a construction theme. After that add the text "CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT". I want all of that on the top left of the body. On the back side I want a construction site not an actual image of one. In the construction site I want it say "CONSTRUCTION" in the middle of it.
