Working12 years in the design space, our team has found that the biggest challenge isn't just making a design look "modern," but making it intuitive enough that users don't have to think twice. We start by understanding what the design needs to communicate, who it’s for, and how it should make people feel. From there, we create visuals that are clean, purposeful, and aligned with the brand, not just visually appealing, but effective in communication too. Every element is placed intentionally, so the final design feels balanced, engaging, and meaningful. I have a few specific questions about your target audience, do you have a moment for a brief chat anytime soon? Looking forward to hear from you and to bring your imaginations to life.

You have a PDF deck that's mostly done. A few pages need redesigning, and the rest just have to match the existing layout, palette and type so nothing looks off. You want the work done in Illustrator with both the PDF and the .AI file back. I work in Illustrator and Photoshop, and matching an existing design is really about discipline: pulling the exact hex values from your palette, reusing the same fonts, weights and sizes, and keeping margins and grid consistent with the finished pages so the redesigned ones don't stand out. For anything data-heavy, I keep it clean and readable rather than over-decorated. Send the current PDF, brand palette and logo files and I'll match the style closely. You get the print-ready PDF plus a layered, editable .AI file so your team can tweak it later. How many pages need the full redesign, and are the original fonts available, or should I match them from what's in the PDF?

Clean presentation design comes down to consistency, spacing, and typography. Hi, I can refine the unfinished PDF in **Adobe Illustrator**, redesigning only the pages that need work while keeping all remaining pages visually consistent with the existing presentation. I’ll carefully match the current **colour palette, typography, spacing, layouts, graphic elements, and overall visual language** so the redesigned pages feel like they were created as part of the same original deck. Where data or content needs visual improvement, I’ll simplify the layout and hierarchy so information remains easy to understand without making the design unnecessarily complex. I’ll work directly in Illustrator and deliver both the **editable AI source file and final PDF**, with the artwork properly organized for future edits. Once I receive the existing presentation, I can also identify any small consistency issues across the completed pages and correct them while maintaining the established design. Please upload the **current PDF, brand palette, and logo assets** so I can review the existing design and assess exactly which pages need redesign. Regards, Hamza

I can start right now I have checked the details. I can polish up those remaining pages in Illustrator so they match your existing design, colors, and typography seamlessly, keeping everything looking clean and professional. I’ll send back both the final PDF and the source AI files just like you need. Quick question before we kick off: do you have the specific brand fonts already, or should I match them from the current PDF? Let's get this finished—share the files over and let's do it.

@RyanF172

Hi, I can help finish the presentation and make the redesigned pages feel consistent with the existing document rather than looking like separate additions. I’ll work directly in Adobe Illustrator, match the current colours, typography, spacing, and visual style, and redesign only the pages that need improvement. I’ll also make sure the full presentation feels clean and consistent before export. Final delivery will include the updated PDF and editable AI source file, with fonts, colours, and layout kept organised for future edits. Could you send me the current PDF and let me know how many pages need redesigning? I can then confirm the turnaround and price. Best, Ryan

@danielj181

I can also deliver the final work in both PDF and editable AI format, as requested, with clean and organized files ready for future edits.

@beckym53

The presentation already has most of its design in place, so the key is refining the unfinished pages without making the deck feel redesigned from scratch. The existing PDF, brand palette and logo assets can be used as the visual reference while rebuilding the required pages in Illustrator. Typography, spacing, alignment, colors and overall layout will be kept consistent across the deck, with particular attention to making any data heavy pages clean and easy to read. For the redesigned pages, the focus would be on improving visual hierarchy while staying faithful to the established design language. The final delivery would include both the updated PDF and editable AI file. The current PDF and one of the pages that needs redesign would be enough to assess the existing style and understand the level of refinement needed. Feel free to share those first and the layout approach can be discussed from there.
