Precise Vector Redraw Needed

I need the attached raster artwork rebuilt by hand in Adobe Illustrator so it becomes a crystal-clear, fully editable vector art. Every line, curve, color, font and layout element must match the original—no auto-trace shortcuts or “close enough” approximations. What matters most: • Colors: keep them exactly as they appear in the source file. Gradients and Mesh should be added. • Fonts: redraw using the very same typefaces. If you don’t already own them, please let me know so we can arrange outlines or a substitute workflow. • Overall detail: the finished file should be indistinguishable from the original when overlaid. Deliverables (all clean and production-ready): 1. AI file 2. EPS, PDF and SVG exports derived from the AI file I’ll be checking that the vectors scale flawlessly for print, signage, apparel decoration and other large-format uses, so paths must be tidy and free of hidden artifacts.
