Red Heart Print File Needed

I need a clean, production-ready artwork of a single red heart that will be printed on black chiffon fabric. The design of the dress is attached for your reference for how it should turn out. The red heart must appear vivid and even, with edges sharp enough to hold up under close inspection on sheer fabric. I’m flexible on the exact dimensions as long as the file can scale cleanly. Vector is ideal, so an Adobe Illustrator (AI) file tops the list, yet I’ll happily accept a layered PSD or a press-ready PDF in full resolution.
