The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create engaging and unique video content across various formats. Key Responsibilities: Short Videos (0-60+ seconds, 9:16 aspect ratio) Craft compelling narratives that captivate viewers. Experiment with unique editing techniques (jump cuts, match cuts, split screens). Create engaging intros and outros to hook the audience. Incorporate interactive elements (polls, questions, calls to action). Select high-quality, copyright-free footage. Deliver projects within a 24-hour turnaround time. Integrate impactful on-screen text to enhance viewer experience. Medium-Length Videos (2–9 minutes, 16:9 aspect ratio) Maintain viewer interest with thorough storytelling. Utilize diverse editing styles to create memorable content. Ensure high-quality video selection and fast turnaround (24-48 hours). Effectively use on-screen text and audio elements to enhance engagement. Longer Videos (10-30+ minutes, 16:9 aspect ratio) Dive deep into topics while keeping the audience captivated. Focus on high-quality video selection and timely delivery (24-72 hours). Elevate viewer experience with effective on-screen text and audio integration. Requirements: Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Strong storytelling skills and creativity. Familiarity with copyright-free resources and YouTube's Community Guidelines. Compensation: Under 60 seconds: $2 per video Under 5 minutes: $6 per video 6 to 9 minutes: $7 per video 10 to 20 minutes: $25 per video (Documentary style) Videos longer than 21 minutes: $50 each (Documentary style)
