Multimedia Content Creation for Personal Brand

Ongoing Short-Form Video Editing + Social Media Copywriting (5–10 Reels Monthly) I’m looking for a long‑term collaboration with a creative video editor, social media copywriter and graphic designer to help me produce consistent content for my personal brand on social media and website. Scope of work a) 5–10 short‑form videos per month - Format: vertical 9:16 (Instagram Reels), horizontal 16:9 (website) - Length: around 60 seconds each + 10-15 second video thumbnail (cover video) - Content type: talking head, B‑roll, screen recordings, lifestyle/casual shots - Goal: expert content with good hook and retention b) 5–10 pieces of copy per month - Captions for Reels/Shorts - Short posts for social media (optional, depending on your skills) c) Graphic design for posts and carousels - Designing static posts and carousels in line with graphic identification and style (clean, modern layouts with typography and simple graphic elements) - Creating reusable graphic assets in Adobe Express (or a similar tool) for fast content production on the go, including: templates/backgrounds in brand color palette, with and without logo and website address, frames for photos and video (for posts and stories), predefined text styles (fonts, sizes, hierarchy) and simple icons/elements - Setting up and organising a shared library of these assets so I can quickly combine them into posts and stories myself while travelling or working from mobile. What I will provide - Raw video files (recorded in good quality) - Basic idea/outline for each video - Example content and references for style and tone - Brand guidelines: target audience, positioning, key messages What I expect from you (video) - Proactively using advanced editing techniques (rhythm cuts, J/L cuts, speed ramping, reframing) to turn raw footage into highly engaging short‑form videos, without waiting for detailed instructions. - Independently adding precise captions/subtitles in English or Polish, with timing, layout and styling optimised for mobile viewing and platform specifics. - Taking initiative in applying higher‑level motion design – keyframed zooms, masked transitions, on‑beat cuts, graphic and emoji overlays – whenever they meaningfully enhance clarity, storytelling and viewer retention, rather than only when explicitly requested. - Independent music selection (royalty‑free or platform‑safe), always aligned with the established style, pacing and overall look‑and‑feel of the content, enhancing storytelling and adding subtle layers of meaning. - Color correction and sound clean‑up (basic level is enough) - Export in correct formats for IG Reels, FB or website What I expect from you (copy) - Writing engaging captions that support the video (hook, value, CTA) - Adapting tone of voice to my brand - Basic understanding of social media best practices (hooks, hashtags, CTAs, etc.) What I expect from you (graphic design) - Designing a small, cohesive system of branded templates for posts, carousels and stories - Preparing assets in Adobe Express (or similar browser/mobile/Ipad tool) so they are easy for me to reuse and adapt - Delivering source files and organising elements into folders/collections (backgrounds, frames, logos, typography styles, overlays, etc.) Collaboration details Language: Polish or English Volume: 5–10 videos + 5–10 captions + graphic assets/templates (ongoing) Budget: please propose your monthly package price and/or price per 1 video + caption + graphic work Type of collaboration: long‑term, if we’re a good fit Ideal candidate - Proven experience with Reels / Shorts (please send portfolio links) - Good sense of pacing, hooks and retention for short‑form content - Experience in social media graphic design (posts, carousels, story templates) - Reliable, communicative, able to meet deadlines (Nice to have) Can handle video editing, copywriting and graphic design, but I’m open to hiring two or three people: one editor, one copywriter and one graphic designer How to apply Please include in your proposal: - Short introduction (who you are, where you’re based, your experience) - 3–5 examples of short‑form videos you edited (links) - If you also write copy: 2–3 examples of captions or posts you’ve written - If you also design: 3–5 examples of social media graphics (posts, carousels, story templates) Your pricing: - Price per 1 edited short‑form video (30–60s) - Price per caption - Price or package for graphic design/templates - Or a monthly package price for 5–10 videos + 5–10 captions + graphic support Estimated turnaround time for one video (after receiving raw files) I’m looking for someone I can work with regularly, who understands content strategy and not only “cuts the video”.
