Part-Time YouTube Video Editor Needed — Fast Turnaround, 2 Large Channels

We are looking for a talented and fast-moving part-time Video Editor to work across two large, high-growth YouTube channels. This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in creating engaging, polished content at speed. Key Responsibilities: - Edit multiple videos per week across two YouTube channels (combined subscriber base: large/established) - Deliver fast turnaround edits on shorter videos 4-6 minute talking head videos — typically 4 hours from raw footage to final cut - Add engaging graphics, transitions, captions, sound design, and music to boost retention - Follow and maintain each channel's unique style guide and branding Requirements: - Proven YouTube video editing experience (please share portfolio/channel examples) - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a plus) - Strong understanding of YouTube retention tactics, pacing, and hooks - Ability to hit tight deadlines consistently — this is a fast-paced environment - Reliable, communicative, and responsive Bonus Points: - Experience with facecam/commentary, podcast, or vlog-style content - Motion graphics or thumbnail design skills If you're a sharp editor who moves fast and loves YouTube content, we want to hear from you.
